At LOKRA, we ship directly from Auckland to customers across New Zealand. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly and securely, so you can put your gear straight to use.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business day

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out on our website and socials.

Delivery Timeframes

North Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch

South Island: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Rural addresses may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lokra.co.nz and we’ll investigate with our courier partner.
